Spring Break w/Lauren & Libby

Libby Murfey Yoga and NAMASWEAT with Lauren McHale are joining forces to create a retreat unlike any other! We will be incorporating daily workouts, yoga, adventure and mindful relaxation to provide an experience that is both active and restorative. Our goal is to bring like-minded people together in a way that allows us to share with and learn from one another in a location with endless opportunities for exploration and adventure.

Wednesday March 13th

  • Check in is at 2:00

  • 6pm-7pm Yoga (Libby)

  • 7:15pm Group Dinner

  • Thursday March 14th

    • 8am-9:30am Namasweat (Lauren)

    • 9:30am Brunch

    • 12:30pm-2pm Yoga (Libby)

  • Friday March 15th

    • 6:30am-7:30am Namasweat (Lauren)

    • 7:30am quick breakfast (smoothies to go)

    • 8:00am leave to get on boat

    • 8:30am-3pm BOAT DAY (extra cost: $150)

    • 9am special activity for people not going on the boat

    • 6pm-ish sunset walk

    • 7pm group dinner

  • Saturday March 16th

    • 8am-9:30am yoga (Libby)

    • 9:30am brunch

    • 12:30pm-2pm Namasweat (Lauren)

  • Sunday March 17th

    • 8:30-10:30am Namasweat & yoga (Libby & Lauren)

    • 10:30am brunch

    • 12:00 check out
